For access to the Iron Mountain SITAD Portal or issues related to the Okta Login, please contact your Program Manager Executive (PME) or email sitadadmin@ironmountain.com

If you are an existing user who has not set up your MFA using Okta:

1. Click the Log in with Okta button
2. Enter your current Username and Password
3. Click Sign in
4. Follow the prompts to setup MFA Okta login and access the portal
